All orders minimum: $1500

 

Terms: All opening orders are pre-paid. For your convenience – we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

 

After the initial opening order - Net 30 Terms is available on approved credit. Terms can be established by providing:

• A valid sales tax identification
• Bank information
• Minimum of three Trade References

Approval of credit will take approximately 4 weeks.

 

Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Past due invoices will be charged an annual finance charge of 18 percent.

 

Please Note:

• We ship by common carriers - by the pallet only.
• We do not ship UPS or FedEx.
• Oversize and fragile items are shipped on shrink-wrapped pallets.
• All items are shipped in case packs – we do not break case packs.
• Account set up requested from consumers will not be approved.
• Only repeat customers or customers with a pending order on file qualify for web-access.

Shipping: All orders are shipped by pallet, case pack only. We do not ship UPS of FedEx. We use common carriers only. We shop for quotes from all freight companies to ensure the customer is paying the best rate. Freight is sent COLLECT. Customers may arrange for pickup of their order from our Sylmar, CA warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. All items that are not shipped are automatically backordered. Backorders of $1500 or more are shipped as soon as they become available. All shipments are FOB – Sylmar CA. Orders are shipped using common carrier. Unless specified by customer, Three Hands Corporation will designate a carrier.

 

Damages: All damages or defective items must be reported within 30 days from receipt of invoice. Shipments with visible freight damage should be claimed with the carrier. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
